First in a series of weekend food production intensives focused on growing & processing your own food. From animal husbandry, backyard poultry and butchering, to calling in a wild yeast, baking sourdough bread in earthen ovens, keeping bees, and preparing cheeses and cultured beverages, we’ll honor, celebrate, and participate in the daily miracle of food, and what it takes to bring it to the table.

Take home the ability to design and apply natural principles to create stable and resilient systems that provide food, water, shelter and energy needs while regenerating ecology, community and economy.

Increase your working knowledge of water harvesting, erosion control and stream restoration practices with this four-day, intensive, hands-on workshop taught by Craig Sponholtz of Dryland Solutions, Inc. and Owen Hablutzel, Holistic Management International Certified Educator.
